Shipping And Handling
Orders are sent in plain packaging with our postal return address as the only identifying marks.
Our current shipping times and methods are as follows:
Standard Shipping (US orders) – 5 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed - Charges vary by weight
Express Shipping (US orders) – 2 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed – Charges vary by weight
Standard International Shipping (Outside the US) – 10 to15 business days from the time the order is placed - Charges vary by weight
Express International Shipping (Outside the US) – 7 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed - Charges vary by weight
All International orders are shipped through US PS, FedEx or USPS. For special shipping requests, please contact us writing to orders@dennisdennis.net
Dispatch lead times
Current dispatch lead time is 1 to 5 business days. This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is dispatched. It varies according to demand.
Import Duty and Taxes
Packages contents are described as ‘Activewear’ for customs purposes.
Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such charges. As we cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.
Please ensure your daytime contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package.
All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent US PS . There are no additional fees.
Sales Tax
We charge NO SALES TAX for orders shipped outside of California. We charge required local and state taxes for California. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system.
Sizing Information
Dennis Dennis BodyWear collections are designed and manufactured in California, USA, using a variety of fashionable Spandex fabrics. Our fabrics are selected by their quality and beauty. Therefore, sizes vary by Collection, Styles and fabric's stretching abilities. Each item and each color will have its own description and “Size chart” for better fitting according to the fabric properties. So when ordering, please analyze the “Size Chart” to make sure your ordering the right size for you.

Return Policy
Dennis Dennis prides itself on the quality of its clothing. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days from the day received if the Delivery Address is inside USA, or forty (40) days from the date the Agreement (Purchase Date) is made, if the Delivery Address is outside USA. We will gladly exchange items in a new, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean with the tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers pay for returned items and exchanges. If you need to exchange an item please write to exchanges@dennisdennis.net for instructions and to obtain an Exchange Authorization Code. Packages without a valid Exchange Authorization Code will be refused and returned to the sender at senders expense.
